Subject: Recommendation for Mr. Robert J. Workman, Jr.

To Whom It May Concern:

Mr. Bob Workman has taught my son, Joey-who is 9 years old now-the proper procedures for Hunting and Fishing.  He started teaching Joey when Joey was 5 ½ years old.  I feel that teaching a 5-year-old the procedures and safety of Hunting and Fishing is quite a patience challenge.  What I have seen from Bob is that he is very patient and wants to make sure that Joey knows everything that he needs to know before Joey enters the woods for hunting or the boat for fishing.

I spoke with my son to find out exactly what Bob had taught and is still teaching him and this is some of what he said.  Bob has taught me safety with guns and with my bow.  The proper stance of bow hunting and how to target practice before you go out into the field.  That is very important to the safety of you and to others to make sure that you keep everyone in mind when you are hunting or fishing.  If you think of safety you may help someone else out in the process.  Joey has been taught the appropriate attire to wear for each of these purposes and the mannerism to use when using a bow, gun or fishing pole.

I spoke with Joey about what Bob has taught him about fishing also.  Bob is teaching Joey about what bait to use for the fish you are trying to catch.  What tackle you should buy and what you should fish with once you have figured out what you would like to catch.  Bob has taught Joey the proper casting procedures and the sportsmanship behind the functions.  That hunting and fishing is all about being a sport and understanding that not every day can you catch the biggest fish or get the 10 point buck but you go into the woods or on a lake to have fun and keep safety in mind.  Bob has been like a father to Joey.  He is teaching Joey about safety on the boat and he is taking Joey to some of the seminars- so Joey can also find out more about fishing and hunting.
I have trusted Bob with my son because in his actions I have found a patient and passionate man who wants whoever he teaches to be as knowledgeable as Bob himself. Overall, Bob is a very conscientious and his hunting and fishing knowledge would make him an excellent employee. I certainly believe he has what it takes to make a wonderful coordinator someday, and I am happy to hear that he may have his dream come true. I strongly recommend Mr. Bob Workman for any hunting or fishing position available.

Sincerely,

Dixie Mounts
A very satisfied customer

Dear Sir,

I am writing to tell you a little bit about my friend and co-worker Bob
Workman. I have had the pleasure of knowing Bob for about 5 years. As a
Co-worker I've found Bob not only to be an individual who is willing to
Do the very best job he can do but also as a team player showing others
How to there job easier, faster and better. As a fellow woodsman I know
Bob is a relentless hunter who doesn’t know the meaning of give up once
He is on the trail of a nice buck or that illusive longbeard. I think Bob
Would make an excellent guide not only because of his hunting abilities,
But Bob knows that woodsmanship and intense scouting along with a little
Common sence is the only way to increase the odds of harvesting the prey
Of choice. I also feel that bob has a good sence of humor and a easy
Going personality which would make any client happy they chose Bob as
Their guide.

Sincerely:
Ralph Moses

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in regards to the ability of Bob Workman as a hunting guide.

In my experience with bob as a hunting partner. I found that he is very knowledgeable in the ability to locate and pattern deer in any terrain.
I myself have been hunting whitetail for 15 yrs. I have done my homework on this elusive animal. Every time Bob and I take a walk in the woods to scout there is always some small detail that he points out that I would have missed myself. This makes me Glad that I have an experienced hunter around to help me fine tune my skills.

This in Combination with his way of explaining to others even if the other person is a novice hunter and has no conception of wind direction and stand location. He explains to them what they need to do in order to have a successful hunt.
This knowledge of his prey and is ability to communicate to people in a way they will understand in order to have a successful hunt is why I recommend bob workman as the ideal hunting guide.
Sincerely yours.
